Requirements

I am a small boutique business and require at least one week minimum for most orders during off season (July to March). During peak season (April, May, and June), I require at three weeks advance notice. Rush fees may apply and depends on the season. Retainer

  • I require 50% non-refundable retainer for orders or events over $300.

  • All orders under $300 must be paid in full to initiate services.

Rush Fees

During peak season, in the months of April, May, and June, I require at least three weeks (21 days) advance notice. If you’re in a pinch and need a lei, the following are my rush fees:

  • 8-21 days from event 20% of total cost

  • 5-7 days from event 30% of total cost

  • 2-4 days from event 50% of total cost

  • 24-48 hours from event 100% of total cost

Be sure to reach out and discuss your situation with me. Some exemptions apply like celebration of life or funeral services.

Service Fees

  • Bank service fee (money bill pick up): $20.00

  • On-site installation and/or breakdown, extra staff to assist: Chat with Edlynn.

Delivery & Pick-up Service

  • $1.00 per mile

  • An event with a 2+ hours drive or travel time, please chat with me.

Contracts

For events or orders over $300, I require a signed agreement between client(s) and Edstraordinary Leis & Flowers. Schedule time to consult and discuss details. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking and final payment or balance due is at six weeks prior to the event. Rush orders and additional fees must be paid in full to initiate services.

Event or order cancellations due to Illness, COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of your event being cancelled due to illness, COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances, please note that all fees are non-refundable. They are transferable to another date. Chat with Edlynn to learn more and discuss.
